Cardinals linebacker Karlos Dansby, a second-round draft pick by the Cardinals in 2004, is said to be eyeing a contract that guarantees him around $30 million. Teams that have been linked to possibly having interest in him and vice versa include the Dolphins, Giants and Colts. Dansby, who was unavailable for comment, has said on numerous occasions he wouldn't rule out re-signing with the Cardinals after the team decided not to franchise tag him. Source: AzCentral.com
He is a solid player...don't know about 30 million guaranteed though. Would be interesting to see him go to the Colts.
Knowing the Colts history, they rarely break the bank on the linebacker position. They may test the waters on Dansby, but its very unlikely they'll be serious bidders for him, especially at his price tag.
I think he signs with the Dolphins for various reasons. First because of taxes, second they play 34 and most importantly The Tuna is very high on him.
I'm sure he wants to stay in a 3-4 but I'm also sure that he to go to the highest bidder so don'g get too excited :icon_cheesygrin:
Good chance the Giants make a big push for him given the release of Pierce. Dansby likes the 3-4, but he likes bank better. Don't count Daniel Snyder out of the mix.
