12 team ppr league. I have a bye for the first round of the playoffs, so this is more looking ahead for round 2 (week 15). I rolled with Fleener on Sunday and he had a huge game, but he's kind of iffy. And Dwayne Allen might be coming back. Please rate the following players from best to worst.

    Coby Fleener
    Dwayne Allen (injury concerns)
    Kyle Rudolph (nice schedule)
    Heath Miller
Jordan Reed (nice schedule, but his health is a huge concern).

I'm not playing this upcoming Sunday because of the bye, so I can be a little patient, but not too patient as I think Reed might end up getting grabbed. Out of all those players, he seems to have the most upside (I've been burned by him this year as well as last year with injuries), so I'm thinking I should just grab him now and hope he's healthy week 15 against the Giants.

Should I drop Fleener and grab Reed? Or someone else? If I drop Fleener, someone else will probably pick him up.

Wow that's tough.. Reed could be the answer for your playoffs and he should make it 3 weeks. Fleener is average once Allen comes back which should be no later than week 15.

Yeah, it's a tough situation. Our league only has three roster spots which is total bs, so it's difficult to hold both of them. In years past I could have pulled it off, but not now.

Reed is the superior one here unless Allen is out longer
