Titans nickelback Vincent Fuller practiced on Wednesday while cornerbacks Cortland Finnegan and Nick Harper remained sidelined. Fuller appears on track to play Sunday against the Jaguars, his first action since breaking his right forearm during the Sept. 27 game against the Jets. "The strength is coming back," Fuller said.
