    Here's something you don't see every day at an NFL practice — a defensive coordinator lowering his head and taking out a tackling dummy at full speed. [​IMG] Then again, there aren't many coaches like Chuck Cecil. With a new NFL rule restricting defensive players from leading with their shoulder pads or helmets above the shoulder pads of the receiver, the coaches were demonstrating the best way to tackle in the open field without drawing a penalty or a fine. "Any time you are (age) 35- or 40-plus and you are out there hitting the pads like we are, I give you an A-plus. They definitely looked like they enjoyed it,'' nickelback Vincent Fuller said. "And you know any time Chuck gets a chance he is going to hit something.''
