Agent Drew Rosenhaus reports that "Starting ILB Stephen Tulloch is entering the last year of his contract and I have discussed a contract extension with the Titans." The problem with extending a player like Tulloch right now is the uncertainty with the NFL's Collective Bargaining Agreement. If there is no CBA, then all players with four years experience would become restricted free agents and the Titans could retain them with a tender without having to extend them.
