Titans veteran linebacker Keith Bulluck was absent for a second straight week of the team's May minicamp, though Coach Jeff Fisher didn't seem concerned. Bulluck continues to take care of personal business, Fisher said. Bulluck's agent told The Tennessean last week that the 10-year pro's absence has nothing to do with his contract Bulluck has this year remaining. "He has some issues he is tending to and I'll be talking to him in the next couple of days,'' Fisher said. "I am not necessarily concerned about Keith. I am sure if he could be here he would.''
