The Titans have offered a contract to former Jaguars receiver Matt Jones and are awaiting his decision, according to sources familiar with the situation. Jones, a former first round pick of the Jaguars, is also considering the Bengals after visiting with team officials this week. Actually Matt Jones is just a sloppy WR and I don't think being out of the NFL last season is going to help him, he's a QB that changed to a WR and the Titans won't get the help they need unless they are only looking for a red zone type WR. Let the Bengals sign him..lol
