Titans Promote FB Collin Mooney To Active Roster, Cut OG Kyle DeVan

    The Titans on Saturday promoted fullback Collin Mooney from the team’s practice squad and added him to the 53-man roster.

    To make room for Mooney, the Titans released offensive lineman Kyle DeVan.
