Another offseason of Brett Favre coming out of retirement talk is in full swing, but Titans quarterback Kerry Collins can understand where the future Hall of Famer is coming from. "I am not surprised,'' Collins said Tuesday. "He loves to play the game, loves to be around the game. It is hard for all us to not have it, to not be a part of it. I certainly understand his desire to play as long as he wants. And I think he has earned that right.'' Favre, the longtime Packers quarterback, announced his retirement last offseason then ended up playing for the Jets, throwing 22 touchdown passes and 22 interceptions for a team that missed the playoffs.
