Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young was upgraded to full participation in practice today and is expected to start Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. Young is listed as questionable on the injury report. Young didn't practice Wednesday and was limited Thursday, improving his participation level in increments. "He is better than he was,' Titans coach Jeff Fisher told reporters.. "He traditionally has been a quick healer and he has worked very hard at it so it is good to see the progress.
