Titans QB Vince Young Has Little Chance Of Being Starter

    Young has been on the roller coaster from game to game, from practice to practice. He was rusty against the Bills, looked great against the Buccaneers, then appeared out of sync again last week against the Cowboys. His practices have been pretty much the same way so if starter Kerry Collins stays healthy and the Titans are winning, it won't matter much.
