Tennessee Titans starting QB Vince Young, who suffered a right (throwing) thumb injury during the third quarter of Sunday's overtime loss to the visiting Washington Redskins, might need surgery, head coach Jeff Fisher said after the game. Sixth-round pick Rusty Smith, who replaced Young in the third quarter, finished the game. Veteran QB Kerry Collins (calf), who was one of Tennessee's inactives for the game, is unlikely to play at the Houston Texans next week. The Titans only have three quarterbacks on their 53-man roster.
