In need of reinforcements in the secondary, the Tennessee Titans have signed Tye Hill to a one-year contract, according to ESPN. Hill is a former St. Louis Rams first-round draft pick. The 27-year-old was traded to the Atlanta Falcons with three starts, returning one interception for a touchdown for the Falcons.

Pretty good pickup, low risk high reward. Has great speed for a nickel or dimeback. If he's a starter for them than they may be in trouble. Doubt they gave him more than a million dollar contract.

He has elite speed. Sadly, that's all he displayed in St. Louis, and presumably the same in Atlanta.
