In need of reinforcements in the secondary, the Tennessee Titans have signed Tye Hill to a one-year contract, according to ESPN. Hill is a former St. Louis Rams first-round draft pick. Pretty good pickup, low risk high reward. Has great speed for a nickel or dimeback. If he's a starter for them than they may be in trouble. Doubt they gave him more than a million dollar contract.
