Titans wide receiver Nate Washington (hamstring) was limited again in Tuesday's practice and, again, head coach Jeff Fisher said he was impressed with the receiver's rehabilitation. Still, Fisher said the former Steeler and rookie tight end Jared Cook (ankle) would be game-time decisions on Thursday at Pittsburgh.
