Offensive guard Richie Incognito's anger issues and insubordination problems, which led to his release from St. Louis, allowed the Dolphins to sign this six-year veteran, who has started 47 games, at a discounted price. Head coach Tony Sparano, who worked his way up the NFL ranks as an offensive line coach, has had his eyes on this former Nebraska standout for a while because of the physicality he brings. "I've coached some really good linemen, and one of the distinguishing qualities for those guys is power, the fast-twitch power that these guys can play with," Sparano said. "[Incognito] has fast-twitch power. He's knocking people down with his hands."
