False freaking start is #1 in occurences......... smh #mindblown And I don't think I've ever seen defensive delay of game. I mean how would that happen? 20 times in 4 years?
I would think that would happen if offense was in a hurry up and the defense did something (interfere with ref trying to get ball down) to slow them down. My question is what is Leaping?
