A new trial date has been set for the man accused of fatally shooting Redskins S Sean Taylor during a 2007 burglary in Miami. Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Dennis Murphy on Thursday set the murder trial of Eric Rivera Jr. for Nov. 5. The trial was delayed after Rivera fired his attorney. Rivera is one of five defendants from the Fort Myers area who are accused of killing Taylor during a robbery at the player's Miami-Dade County home. Four have pleaded not guilty and are being tried separately, each faces a possible life sentence if convicted. Source: Associated Press
should take them to the beach at low tide and bury them up to their necks in the sand. then wait for high tide to come in. Jail is no deterrent to them. If they are gangbangers then they would be around a lot of their boys. Life there just takes getting used to and then it isn't that bad. It isn't like back in the day. Gangs run those places. Death penalty should apply in this case.
