Two weeks removed from arthroscopic surgery on his left knee, Chicago Bears middle linebacker Brian Urlacher remains sidelined in practice. But coach Lovie Smith said Tuesday he expects Urlacher to return to practice next week and play in the Sept. 9 opener against the Indianapolis Colts at Soldier Field. Urlacher did not participate in practice Tuesday at Halas Hall. It was the team's final practice before next Monday, when preparation for the Colts will begin. The team will have a walk-through Wednesday before traveling to Cleveland for the preseason finale Thursday. Source: Chicago Tribune
