United Football League Lost $30 Million In Debut Year

    The United Football League, scheduled to wrap up its first season last Friday, lost roughly $30 million in its debut year, $6 million more than the league's founders projected before the inaugural campaign began last month, sources said.

    I hope the NFL subsidizes it.

    I doubt that it will ever really profit though.

    I love football of all types and would have watched a game but the sad part is this is the first I have heard about the league since the spring.
