You guys Bash me for posting and Bash me for NOT posting, So I thought that this info was Thread worthy. ENJOY! (TRADES) Al Davis held some sort of Meeting on Monday to discuss the Draft and From what I hear, Nnamdi Asomugha is getting moved or at least Al Davis is trying to move him. I have a list of teams that are showing interest in Nnamdi but i'll just give you ONE. The Seattle Seahawks are showing the MOST interest in Aso. Now, I don't want to sit up here and make any predictions but on a scale of 1-10.. The Chances of Nnamdi getting traded to Seattle are a Seven. Kirk Morrison isn't really getting that much Love from teams Around the League even though he's been a Beast in Oakland. The Giants continue to show interest and the Detroit Lions have made a few calls to Oakland.. Stanford Routt has been rumored to have told Al Davis "He wants out!" Thomas Howard.. No News. Michael Huff is a wanted man by a few teams but the asking price of a (2nd Round pick) is causing teams to turn the other way. My Source expects him to get traded though.. DRAFT I posted a thread a few weeks ago: http://gridironfans.com/forums/afc-discussion/127555-jason4rmla-once-again-right.html and told you guys that Al Davis was leaning towards drafting Joe Haden & Tim Tebow. I'm sticking with it, but I honestly DO NOT know who Al Davis is drafting in the 1st Round? :icon_cry: (Here's the list of players that Al Davis is eyeing in Rounds1&2) (1st Round) #1. (OT) Trent Williams #2. (CB) Joe Haden (As of right now he's our guy at #8) #3. (DE) ... Jason Pierre-Paul :icon_eek: #4. (FS) Eric Berry #5. (OG) Mike Iupati #6. (C/OG/OT) Markice Pouncey #7. (QB) Tim Tebow (Al Davis is HiGH on Tebow) #8. (DT) Ndamukong Suh #9. (QB) Jimmy Clausen #10 (RB/KR) C.J. Spiller (2nd Round) #1. (QB) Tim Tebow #2. (FS) Taylor Mays #3. (FS) Chad Jones #4. (DT) Terrence Cody #5. (OT) Rodger Staffold #6. (WR) Golden Tate #7. (KR/WR) Mardy Gilyard #8. (ILB) Brandon Spikes If I get some more Info before the draft then i'll post it. Seattle has made an offer.. 9:43am (4-21-2010) Raiders get - Seattle's 1st Round pick(14th)/ 2nd Seahawks get - Nnamdi Asomugha/Michael Huff
Looks like the Iupati part might have some credibility. Iupati to Oakland talk picks up steam | ProFootballTalk.com
There is no way Mad Al takes Iupati if Pierre-Paul, Mays or any other physical freak with no skills whatsoever is available. Just goes against his character.
you have zero credibility, and that might even be giving you too much credit i think they are locked in on iupati...al davis wants to look the best coming off the bus, campbell isnt really what he likes in an olineman....iupati is everything he likes in one
ive actually heard on a few boards they are locked in on him and davis thinks he can play either tackle spot. hes a mammoth though, davis loves that. i would love if iupati goes 8 and tebow goes 10...someone good would certainly fall to 18 lol
