User title by post count revised

Here is the new user title list and the post counts needed to achieve these levels:

• Rookie 0-99 posts
• Special Teamer 100-299 posts
• 1st Stringer 300-499 posts
• Team Veteran 500-999 posts
• Pro Bowler 1,000-4,999 posts
• Perennial All Pro 5,000-9,999 posts
• Hall Of Famer 10,000+ posts
