I have seen this a few times but thought nothing of it, but just saw a blatent example of it so thought I'd bring it up. I've seen a few erros with the 'views' tab when looking at a forum index. For example, the thread titled " OMG Football Season Is Only A Week Away!" has 6 replies yet only one view. This cannot be right surely? There'd have to be at least 7 views.
The site has some "jobs" that are run on a schedule, one of them being the thread view count. This job runs every 30-60 minutes. So you won't notice a change until the job runs. This is setup this way so it's not so server intensive.
