Minnesota Vikings coach Leslie Frazier announced that linebacker Desmond Bishop has a torn ACL and will miss the remainder of the 2013 season. "Desmond Bishop tore his ACL and will have to have surgery," Frazier said, via the team's official twitter account. Frazier was noncommittal about whether the Vikings would look outside of the organization to fill the void. "We have pretty decent depth at linebacker, but we will talk about whether we want to bring someone in or not," he said. The underachieving defense also lost Harrison Smith and Xavier Rhodes to injury yesterday. It's not looking good right now in the Twin Cities. No pressure Mr. Freeman, no pressure at all.
