A contract extension for Minnesota Vikings coach Brad Childress that many thought would be done during the team's recent bye week will be done soon, according to a source close to the situation. Childress has one more year on his contract after this season. He has helped bring quarterback Brett Favre out of retirement and lead the Vikings to an 8-1 record that is good enough for first place in the NFC North. Source: National Football Post
ok, i guess. it's wilf's money. i still feel it's premature. they already had him signed through next season and the guy still doesn't own a playoff win. (didn't the bills just get burned on their extension of jauron?)
