Vikings cornerback Antoine Winfield could miss a month because of the injury to his right foot, according to an ESPN report. This comes as no surprise given that Winfield continues to wear a walking boot and was on crutches on Thursday. The Vikings have said that Winfield has a sprained foot but head coach Brad Childress said last week that Winfield's injury is not the dreaded Lis Franc but obviously the damage is substantial.
