Quarterback Brett Favre returned to practice with the Minnesota Vikings on Wednesday. A day after he rejoined the team following a recruiting visit from three teammates, Favre worked out for the first time since training camp opened. He wore a red shirt with purple shorts and the team's purple, Viking-horned helmet. Favre spoke to his teammates on Wednesday morning, WR Bernard Berrian said. The QB told his teammates he is committed to winning the Super Bowl and took so long to decide if he would play again because he was unsure if his 40-year-old body could withstand the pressure of a 20th NFL season.
