It's rumored that Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre will decline to have left ankle surgery. An orthopedist recommended surgery to improve the dexterity of the ankle and to relieve the pain. It was previously reported by ESPN that Favre would not be able to play in 2010 barring an operation on the ankle.
