Kicker Taylor Mehlhaff, cornerback Derrick Roberson, running back Antone Smith and guard Nick Urban were cut today as the Vikings trimmed their roster to the mandatory (for now) 75 players. The Vikings released wide receiver Glenn Holt last week and thus were at 79 players entering today instead of 80.
