The Minnesota Vikings flipped the script on Robert Griffin III and the Washington Redskins on Thursday night, overcoming a 10-point deficit to score their second win of the season, 34-27. Redskins had a chance to tie the game at the 4-yard line inside 40 seconds to-go in regulation, but the Vikings' defense forced three straight incompletions to hold on for victory.

SteveRobWhatever's Take: The Vikings were close to losing control of this game before Ponder's TD pass to Carlson and the TD drive where he got hurt. The Redskins' o-line was manhandled by Kevin Williams and Co while their secondary made Ponder and Cassel actually look good. Bad loss for the Redskins, this is the type of games playoff teams win. That o-line and secondary are pedestrian at best, and it's the main reason the Redskins are in a hole this year.
