Judd Zulgad, of the Star Tribune, reports Minnesota Vikings owner Zygi Wilf would not go into detail when asked about a potential contract extension for head coach Brad Childress. Childress is entering the fourth season of a five-year contract in 2009. Wilf said, "We never make any pre-conditions on how the season should turn out or what conditions would be necessary. We're very happy with our coach and the coaching staff and the players. We're very excited for this year. That doesn't ever come into my mind." Source: FootballGuys.com
