I think it's between Locker and Andrew Luck from Stanford. I rate them both very highly with their ARM strength, accuracy, leadership and athletisicm
mallet too, hes just not a high percentage passer. this is a little premature, especially if the rams or lions end up with the top pick lol
I'm with Ktrain. Once Mallet lights up the combine, he will be the top rated passer by the "experts" If cassell sucks this year and they end up with another top pick, you can guarantee that they will be looking at Locker or Mallet, I just hope they make the smart move and go with Locker and not the future combine hero.
