    Ray Lewis or Jonathan Ogden.

It's an interesting debate because you're dealing with two of the best players at their positions in modern times, if not in the history of the NFL. And they also happen to be the team's first two draft picks.

The most physical, technically sound and dominating player is Ogden.

I'd go with Ogden. Like the article said, Ogden was dominating and had the most talent of any player on the roster. Lewis had the most impact on the franchise because of his charisma and leadership.

Lewis basically had "help." Ogden was out on his own to handle his business.

As great as Lewis was, it's Ogden. He dominated the position and took out his opponent every week. It's not as much a glamor position as LB, so that hurts him in how some people will judge this debate.

Couldn't the same be said for most linebackers? There were a few exceptions LT being the first that pops to mind but....most LB's do their jobs with help.

I'd say Ogden b/c he's probably the best at his position ever while most would say Lambert, Taylor, or Singletary is better than Lewis but you can't hold his good d-lines against Lewis. There's still bo denying he was and is a beastly player, and he doesn't get or need help from his d-line while making his jaw-busting hits, earth-shaking blocks, knockout sacks, or brilliant pass deflections or interceptions. He deserves a lot of credit and is the unquestioned most popular raven and favorite of the fans and a terrific leader, but for right now, JO has had a better career and deserves this title.

Most valuable or most popular? Check the box scores people. When you go 5 games with out an offensive touchdown and win the Super Bowl with defense, the MVP is the kicker. We did not lose all 5 touchdown-less games because of Matt Stover. We won a couple with his FGs. Nothing against Jon or Ray. Jon gets the most respect cus he was the Franchise's 1st pick and had a stellar career at a less glamorous position. Ray is Ray. Matt Stover has carried this QB-less franchise.

But he won't get into the hall because he's a kicker. In clutchness, he gets it, but in greatness, it belongs to Ray and J.O.

I am going wit Ogden a dominating LT is very hard to come by and the man was one. It is much easier to find a MLB then it is to find an LT of Ogden's level
