Yeah, as it says... For the Packers, I'm going to say letting go of Anthony Smith. He seemed to be playing well in the pre-season and was having a good camp apparently.
Ravens released cornerback Evan Oglesby. He had a great last preseason game, and by dealing Martin, you'd think that would assure him a spot. Now we go with Foxworth and Washington as our starters, and Chris Carr, rookie Ladarius Webb, oh, and Frank Walker :icon_rolleyes: backing them up, with Rolle on PUP.
RB Devin Moore. he was undrafted but probably our best runner in the preseason. not hard to do, but he outplayed Julius Jones.
Kyle DeVan was kept over Steve Justice at reserve center. Daniel Muir was kept over terrance taylor. Jacob Lacey was kept instead of Dante Hughes....
WR Adrian Arrington, DT DeMario Pressley, WR Courtney Roby, WR Skyler Green we were loaded at WR but Roby and Green were special teams monsters
overall I was shocked to see Bernard Pollard go. I can't imagine how Mikey Brown could be enough to tip him over the 53 man limit
I was suprise to slade norris get cut i thought he had potential i hope he makes it to the practice squad. Michael Hawkins and also Marlon greenwood.
i was surprised that the dolphins basically had the 53 man roster by the last preseason game, other than that I was not shocked at all.
The shocker for me was actually who WASN'T cut. I thought running back Chris Henry was a goner. He still struggles in pass protection and isn't an option on special teams. The only reason he's still around is because Quinton Ganther was hurt in the preseason finale against the Packers.
I agree. Hopefully, he has been sign to our PS. I'm also surprised for Bear pascoe. We keep only 2 TE (Davis and Walker) and finally we are thin at this position:icon_frown:
donovan woods and anthony madison....i pretty much knew the rest of who got cut would. kinda surprised we DIDNT cut ratliff
Well, Martin was pretty much a redzone target but didn't offer all that much on special teams. With Jermicheal Finley not being a snitch this year, he'll get more looks in the redzone and Swain offers more as a special teamer. I'm really not all that surprised.
