Will the St. Louis Rams or Miami Dolphins become the NFL's first 0-16 team?
Can it possibly happen? And who's the best canidate to go winless if it is? Discuss...

I think it will be the Dolphins. The Rams, at least they have a good offense. Marc Bulger, Steven Jackson, and Torry Holt.

I've been wondering if both teams will go 0-16....too bad they don't play each other this year!! :icon_redface:

I just can't see it...in this era? Something's got to give....somehow, someway the Rams and Dolphins pull out a fluke win.

Exactly...I think both teams will win at least one. Unfortunately for the Phins I doubt it will be more than one though. TDJ is right in the fact that the Rams have better weapons but Miami's D might be good enough to keep them close enough to win a game.

The only problem the Rams have is their weapons are just not working. Marc Bulger, Steven Jackson and Torry Holt have all dealt with injuries and that o-line is as bad as it's ever been.

I think both teams will manage to get at least one victory. The Rams have been off this year because so many of their players have dealt with injuries. Bulger, Pace, Little, Jackson, Holt, etc, they have weapons on that team, they just wind up getting injured.

Late in the season, when the other teams start to get sloopy, they will both get a win.

The Rams will beat the 49ers because we suck. As the season goes on and teams are more inclined to rest some of their starters the Phins will win one too.

That would be something if both the Rams and Dolphins both went 0-16 this year even though I have my doubts that they both will.

I think out of the two teams without a win it'd be the Dolphins who are the most likely t go 0-16. They have an embarrassingly bad offence and just don't look to pose a threat on any drive. They also have to play Pittsburgh, New England, Buffalo (twice) , Baltimore and Cincinnati who should all be looking to beat them to make the playoffs (or in NE's case, to go 16-0).

The Dolphins will be the first team ever to go winless in a season...so, 20 years from now, they'll open a bottle of champagne every time the last winless team gets a win in a season...

It can work both ways, can't it?

i think the rams weapons will eventually show up for a game or two and pull out a win. the fins however are horrible. and they might be able to do it

Yep. There sure is potential here for the #1 suckiest team ever! :icon_eek:

    Cletusaurus YES! YES! YES!

I dunno... the Dolphins do get the Jets again, right? So they've got a chance to go at least 1-15! Course, their best shot to avoid this nightmare may have gone out the window the second Ronnie Brown got hurt in the loss to New England.

Man, I really want to say "no, it can't happen" because all it takes is one fluke play to claim victory... I really just don't know.

So we had to wait for the 1st 16-0 team too. Can the Pats do it?
