The attorney for Santonio Holmes told Channel 11 News that he has a sworn statement from a man who said he was the one who threw a drink in the face of a woman suing the star Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver. Adam Swickle told Target 11 investigator Rick Earle that the case has been handed over to the state attorney, who will decide if any charges should be filed against Holmes.
