Yankees closer Mariano Rivera is dealing with soreness above the outside of his right elbow, but he isn't concerned with the trouble.Rivera told New York manager Joe Girardi that he wasn't sure if he could pitch against Cleveland on Monday night. The closer wasn't available and it affected the way Girardi managed the late innings in the loss."The triceps has a little soreness," Rivera said. "I got a lot of treatment, hopefully I will [pitch] tomorrow. I am not concerned, things like that happen. I had the day off. I wasn't pitching at all."
