SP Ted Lilly and 2B Ryan Theriot have been traded to the Dodgers for some cold hard cash, 2B Blake DeWitt and RHPs Brett Wallach and Kyle Smit.
The only worthwhile mention here is Ted Lilly being rejoined with Joe Torre as he heads off to a more pitcher friendly park in L.A. than Wrigley field; something that should increase his value a bit more.
Over his last three starts Lilly has a 1.80 ERA, a 1.05 WHIP and a very impressive 10.8 K/9 rate making him a very tasty option off the waiver (49% average ownership).
Ryan Theriot and Blake DeWitt, on the other hand, are basically not worth a squirt in fantasy this year.
