I've plucked the top 10 rookies in this years NFL draft which could produce solid fantasy football numbers worthy of your attention headed into the 2015 fantasy football draft. The season never ends if you want to have a competitive edge over your fellow team managers. We saw two or three (Beckham and Benjamin come to mind) rookies produce for fantasy teams last year. Who will it be this year? That's always the question however, if last year was any indication of the talent coming out of college these days we have a lot of fantasy points waiting for you to draft.
1. WR Kevin White
- COLLEGE: West Virginia
- Class: Sr
- HT: 6-2
- WT: 215
- POS: WR
-
Last Years Stats = REC 102 - YDS 1318
White's height and weight are what you look for in a wide receiver, pair that with his insane ball skills and run-after-catch ability and you have a beast waiting to translate into a top 10 fantasy football WR. Oh and let's not forget he turned heads with his 4.35 40 time in Indy, which is phenomenal for his size.
2. WR Amari Cooper
- COLLEGE: Alabama
- Class: Jr
- HT: 6-0
- WT: 211
- POS: WR
- Last Years Stats = REC 115 YDS 1656
Cooper is the most complete wide receiver in the 2015 NFL Draft class. He perfects his routes and does an excellent job of tracking the ball and winning contested balls in the air, and of course he has very good run-after-catch skills. His 4.42 40-yard dash time put to rest any concerns about his top-end speed and his 20-yard shuttle time (3.98) was the best in this year's wide receiver class.

3. RB Todd Gurley
- COLLEGE: Georgia
- Class: Jr
- HT: 6-0
- WT: 222
- POS: RB
-
Last Years Stats = YDS 911 YPC 7.4 TD 9
The lone red flag on Gurley is his 2014 ACL tear and will have an impact on his draft stock. While I think he's a step above Gordon he's a risk from a durability standpoint. Gurley is solid in pass-protection which means he shouldn't be limited to a RBBC. Watch the highlight below and you'll see just how special this running back is on the field.
4. RB Melvin Gordon
You can make a case for Gordon over Gurley due to Gurley's knee injury and that's not a bad choice. Gordon has good, but not elite, top-end speed, which showed up big time in Indy when his posted a 4.52 40 time. He's smart, showing good patience and vision waiting for creases to open and then exploding through with exceptional short speed. He projects to become a workhorse-type back in 2015.
5. WR DeVante Parker
- COLLEGE: Louisville
- Class: Sr
- HT: 6-2
- WT: 207
- POS: WR
- Last Years Stats = REC 35 YDS 735 AVG 21
The No. 3 wide receiver race is tights between Strong, Parker, and Dorial Green-Beckham. Whichever team drafts them figures to differentiate them and their fantasy football value. Parker had a solid outing in Indy, running 4.45 with a 36 1/2-inch vert and 10-foot-5 broad jump at just under 6-foot-3 and 207 pounds. Parker projects as a top 40 WR.

6. WR Jaelen Strong
- COLLEGE: Arizona
- Class: Jr
- HT: 6-2
- WT: 217
- POS: WR
- Last Years Stats = REC 82 YDS 1165
Strong turned heads in Indy posting a 4.44 forty, (42") vertical and (10'3") broad jumps. He has shown consistency by posting great numbers in the Pac 12.

7. WR Dorial Green-Beckham
- COLLEGE: Missouri
- Class: Jr
- HT: 6-5
- WT: 237
- POS: WR
His initials are "DGB" that along means he is destine for fantasy greatness, okay okay all jokes aside. Green-Beckham brought forth Calvin Johnson comparisons at the combine measuring in at 6-5, 237 pounds. But don't get it twisted he's not on the same level as Megatron. Nevertheless he's still a BEAST but he comes with a tainted background (troubled youth?) which makes him a little risky. Now is he Josh Gordon risky? I don't know. High risk / high reward for whomever drafts him.

8. RB Jay Ajayi
- COLLEGE: Boise State
- Class: Jr
- HT: 6-0
- WT: 216
- POS: RB
- Stats = YDS 1823 TD 28 - REC 50 TDS 535 TD 4
Known as "J Train" Ajayi is a big boy with smooth transitions and shifty quick moves. He's a very aggressive runner and takes a knock for taking to big of hits. He would be an asset in PPR fantasy leagues.

9. RB T.J. Yeldon
- COLLEGE: Alabama Crimson Tide
- Class: Jr
- HT: 6-2
- WT: 221
- POS: RB
- Stats = YDS 979 TD 11 - REC 15 TDS 180 TD 1
Yeldon wasn't ask to catch a ton of ball but he's still a good pass catcher and has done well in pass protection at Alabama. Yeldon offers three-down back upside and should see the field early soon if drafted by the right team.

10. QB Jameis Winston
- COLLEGE: Florida State
- Class: Soph
- HT: 6-3
- WT: 231
- POS: QB
- Stats = YDS 3559 TD 24 INT 17
Todd McShay said "If you base things purely off of Winston's game tape, he is the best quarterback I've evaluated the past decade not named Andrew Luck." Winston is probably going to Tampa, who's got the making of a contender with solid pass protection (talent wise) and huge wide-outs we saw produce good fantasy numbers last year. Winston has a really strong arm and isn't afraid of taking chances. He has elite level anticipation and can place footballs into tight windows at the intermediate and vertical levels.
