There are only two tight ends who are really worth owning in this week's Week 13 Waiver Wire Tight Ends article. I know many will question why I don't include guys like Anthony Fasano or Ladarius Green. Do you really want to count on Green, who does make the most of his snaps, but is still behind Antonio Gates? No thanks.

Coby Fleener - Colts (Owned Percentage – ESPN 60%/Yahoo 72%)
His owned numbers are high, but they should be higher going into your waiver wire period this week. Thanks to OC Pep Hamilton's love for the tight end in his offense, Fleener followed his 100+ yard performance in Week 11 with 55 yards (4 catches) and a score against the Cardinals. It could have been a better day considering how bad the Cardinals Defense is against fantasy tight ends, but the touchdown made Fleener's start worth it. Fleener has asserted himself as a low-end TE1 going forward.
Dennis Pitta - Ravens (Owned Percentage – ESPN .5%/Yahoo 3%)
It will still be a couple more weeks until Pitta is well enough to play as he recovers from hip surgery. For owners whose playoffs run into Weeks 15, 16 and 17, Pitta is well worth a grab. He could be a quick TE1 with the Ravens in desperate need for pass catchers. Don't forget, Pitta and Joe Flacco were on fire in the offseason.
