We are in the dead middle of the fantasy season now and as we approach Week 7 we have another tough batch of bye weeks. Six more teams are off this week and some are rich in IDPers. With teams such as the Giants, Bills, 49ers and Eagles off (along with the Bengals and Patriots as well) we have quite a few good players that will be sitting out this week.
Terrell Suggs tops my Week 7 IDP DL Rankings list of available DL to play this week. He plays a Jacksonville team that is running on empty on offense. He should be in Blaine Gabbart's back pocket all day.
Chris Long is another nice start as he tries to get by Doug Free (which many have already done this year) in an attempt to slow down Tony Romo and the Cowboys offense.
One player I am benching temporarily is Kyle Vanden Bosch. He has been wildly inconsistent so far and only has two tackles in each of the last four games. While he seems to help salvage his value with a sack here and there (four games so far), he is a bit too hit-or-miss for me. He is starting to become Dwight Freeney in terms of the high risk, high reward fantasy play. For me, I will sit him unless I don't have any better options.
