49ers RB Marcus Lattimore Deciding Whether To Continue Comeback

    Running back Marcus Lattimore is taking some time to contemplate his football future, a source told CSNBayArea.com.

    Lattimore, who returned to practice on Wednesday and Thursday two years after sustaining a severe knee injury in college, was not with the team on the sideline for Sunday’s 13-10 loss to the St. Louis Rams.

    “Did not see Marcus,” 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh said. “I’m sure we’ll have an announcement about that.”

    What's happened with this cat is truly a shame. Before that horrid injury while at SC he had all the makings of a future star in the NFL.
