    Raiders gave out $178m in contracts

    Oakland shelled out contracts worth $178 million among four major acquisitions - the headliner being two-time Pro Bowl cornerback DeAngelo Hall, who was acquired from Atlanta and signed a seven-year deal worth up to $70 million, $24.5 million guaranteed. -- Sac Bee

  6. I believe they overpayed everyone they got in FA. The last few years Okland has seemed like a player mill. They bring in good players and they just dont pan out. Better hope it doesn't happen again wiht these monster contracts. Just a bad move all together.
