The Oakland Athletics have placed third baseman Brandon Inge on the 15-day disabled list with a sprained right shoulder.The A's recalled Josh Donaldson from Triple-A Sacramento and put him in the starting lineup at third base on Tuesday night at Kansas City.Inge was hitting .216 with 12 home runs and 52 RBIs before getting hurt Saturday in Chicago.
