Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher told the Tribune he was fined $15,750 for a horse-collar tackle Sunday on Vikings running back Adrian Peterson. The play occurred late in the fourth quarter of the Bears' 28-10 victory at Soldier Field. Urlacher corralled Peterson near the sideline after a screen pass and then was slapped with a 15-yard penalty. As Urlacher watched the replay on the scoreboard, he shook his head in disbelief and muttered "that's bull." When asked if he would appeal the fine, he said, "Oh yes, for sure appealing."
