The Buffalo Bills' injury report lists four players as questionable for Sunday's game against Tennessee, but all sound like they have a good chance of playing.

Terrence McGee (knee), Kyle Williams (ankle), Da'Norris Searcy (ankle) and Spencer Johnson (ankle) all practiced on a limited basis today in Ralph Wilson Stadium. Coach Chan Gailey said Williams is "fine," and that McGee "looked all right," from what the coach had seen.

Three players have been ruled out: Left tackle Cordy Glenn (ankle), right guard Kraig Urbik (ankle) and defensive end Mark Anderson (knee).

Mario Williams (wrist) and Brad Smith (chest) practiced fully all week and are probable.
