I'm kind of surprised Lovie Smith got canned.
I'm not at all surprised by that one.
Not that surprising to me, he's been on the probable fire list for years. Team got racked with injuries, but they wasted a great start and underacheived yet again this year.
I know its kind of crapty for these guys but I LOVE black monday....its just the drama that goes with football. Its like WHOS GONNA STAY WHOS GONNA GO?!!?
Smith has been on the "fire" list for a little while now. However, I think he pulled his name off that list a couple times with a couple
big turnover this year after less than expected last year
What does Tony Romo have to do with all this?
Bud Adams has reportedly told Munchak he will return for 2013.
Norv will undoubtedly become an OC for some team.
I heard a report that there's a chance Norv could wind up in Dallas as an Assistant Head Coach to Garrett...
that would be weird. then they would 3 offensive coaches 'in charge' of the offense...... sounds like a brew for conflict ...........
And then have JJ promote him after he fires Garrett? Why, thank you Dallas! :icon_cheesygrin:
Chan and the entire coaching staff got their walking papers.
yep, too many big contracts and too much perceived talent .......... not sure they actually have that much talent but the perception is there.
So Clark Hunt is going to select the new head coach and then the two of them will decide if Pioli stays or not. That's a novel idea.
Why do I get the feeling that Clark's private jet is on its way to Raleigh, North Carolina to inform one of its residents that the mayor of KC is willing to change the name of the city to Cowherville.
Could be a coach with all the "Power."
It's official now...
Schefter reporting that Rod Graves is officially out as the Cards GM.
Schefter is reporting that Whisenhunt has now been fired.
Lombardi is reporting that the Panthers will fire Rivera later this afternoon.
