While Singleton is fixing his socks, Spencer is surrounded by trainers trying to put some wind back into him. Singleton played just five seasons in the NFL, all but one with San Francisco. The 1994 season was his best, with 21 receptions and two TDs. Spencer played 12 seasons in the NFL with the Saints, Bengals, Chargers and Broncos.
That was before the era of JY began for the 49ers. We knew how to evaluate talent and losing wasn't tolerated. Now the 49ers are like a diseased tree waiting to fall down every year. It's sad how the bay area has TWO uncaring CRAPS for owners that need a daily butt kicking and snitch slaps for the heck job that's been done.
