Browns starting left guard Jason Pinkston (blood clot in lung) will be placed on injured reserve soon and will be lost for the season, multiple sources told the Plain Dealer today. The move could happen as early as Monday. Pinkston, 25, was rushed to the emergency room on Thursday, where doctors discovered a life-threatening blood clot in his lung. He was admitted to the Cleveland Clinic, where he's being aggressively treated.
