Quarterback Brandon Weeden wasn't the only player in the Browns' backfield having a good preseason. Thursday night against the Lions, backup running back Dion Lewis had five carries for 33 yards before leaving the game with a left ankle injury. Lewis was hurt midway through the third quarter after getting sandwiched by two Detroit defenders while trying to haul in a Jason Campbell pbutt. He stayed on the ground for several minutes before leaving the field on a cart. Source: CBS Sports
