Browns running back Montario Hardesty, who's missed most of camp with a hamstring injury, returned to practice Sunday, reports the Plain Dealer. He's fighting for a roster spot with Dion Lewis currently the No. 2 back behind Trent Richardson.

Lewis ran the ball five times for 12 yards and caught three passes for 22 yards and a touchdown in Thursday's preseason game agains the Rams. He got the start with Richardson (shin) and Hardesty (hamstring) out, and Hardesty has missed most of training camp with the injury.
